Digital Print

Digital printed packaging is created using a digital printer to print directly on the material, similar to how a desktop inkjet printer would print on paper (but on a larger scale).
Lower print quality than offset printing.
It does not require an additional tooling fee, making it more affordable for smaller quantity orders.

Offset printing uses metal plates to layer color in succession, offering superior image quality and greater cost-efficiency for larger volume production runs.

Advantage & Disadvantages of Soft Touch Lamination

Most lamination appeals to a sense of sight;gloss is extra shine, matte is a dull finish.When comparing matte vs soft touch, both have the same distinctive look.However, it adds extra depth that cannot be reached with other laminations.Soft touch, sometimes referred to as velvet lamination, goes one step further and appeals to a consumer’s sense of touch.The smooth velvet feel and soft touch finish of this lamination instantly creates a luxurious experience for anyone holding your product.

Disadvantages Of Soft Touch

Let’s start out by saying, the benefits of soft touch lamination outweigh the negatives.But it is always good practice to be fully informed about a product before purchasing.

1:Due to the matte finish of the soft touch, colors will appear duller than originally printed.Sometimes this can be considered a benefit when you want to give more depth to your materials.However, if your print materials are rich in color, the lamination will mute your colors.If you are interested in a finish that will enhance colors, consider gloss lamination.This will give off a high shine and make rich colors “pop.”

2: As known with most customizations, soft touch lamination is an additional cost.Compared to gloss and matte lamination, soft touch is considered the most luxurious option available., this means that it will come at a slightly higher price point than the other options.Be sure to factor in soft touch lamination in your budget for your next marketing strategy that needs to make a big impression!

Brightness– printing paper is available in all kinds of different shades and brightnesses.This is measured on a scale from 1-100.100 is the brightest shade of paper you can select.In addition to brightness, you can also select different shades.For example, instead of being exclusively white, your paper might have a cream coloured tinge to it.

Finishes– not all paper is created equal.There are many different types of finishes you can choose from.Of course, the fancier the finish, the more it will cost.You may select smooth, embossed, metallic, coated, cockle, and many other different finishes for printing paper.

Coating– you’ve probably noticed that the paper in magazines and some brochures is often much more glossy and smooth compared to the paper found in a book.This is because these types of paper can have different coatings that affect how the paper feels and how colours appear on it.The type of coating on the paper will also play a role in determining how much light will be reflected or absorbed by the paper.

Do you have volume discounts or price breaks?

Yes, we do!High-quantity orders generally net a lower cost-per-unit (higher quantity = bulk savings) on all of our packaging orders.

If you have any questions about pricing or how you can get greater savings on your packaging, you may consult with one of our Product Specialists for a customized packaging strategy based on your business requirements and project goals.

What is the leading time on my order?

Our current production times are an estimated average of 10 - 30 business days depending on packaging type, order size, and the time of the year. Having greater customization with more additional processes on your custom packaging generally yields slightly longer production times.

Note: All dates that are shown are estimates only and are not always guaranteed. Production times may change without notice due to the rapid change and unpredictability of order volumes.

Important considerations:
Shipping time is not included in the listed leading times. (see our shipping times).
Large orders may require a longer production time (especially rigid boxes).
Production leading time starts when your final proof has been approved and submitted.

General leading times:
Folding Carton : 15 - 20 business days
Corrugated : 15 - 20 business days
Rigid : 20 - 30 business days

Shipping

Will all of my items ship together?

Of cousre, We try our best to help our customers save shipping costs by shipping all of their goods at the same time,

Meanwhile It depends. If all items can be manufactured at a single manufacturing facility, your items will be eligible to be shipped together in one shipment. In the case of multiple types of packaging that cannot be fulfilled within a single manufacturing facility, your items may have to be shipped separately.

What shipping options do you offer? Is shipping included in my quote?

We offer Air, Ground, and Sea shipping depending on the our customer ' demand.

With several shipping methods available, shipping is generally not included in your quote unless stated explicitly during your consultation stage. We can provide more accurate shipping estimates upon request.

Note: Shipping estimates are not always 100% accurate and are usually used as a reference. Depending on the length of your project, your final shipping costs may change when production is complete due to the ever-changing shipping rates. We advise working closely with your Product Specialist to keep constant updates on your shipping costs.
